Hi everyone, This is hitesh and i am writing a review for Mahir London Green street shop as well as the website mahirlondon.com

I ordered from the website and paid by credit card. My items did not comne for 7 days, i called them and found that they have not even sent my otem. I checked my credit card statement and seen that they have already charged me. I called the order line to make a complaint regarding this false charge, they said they will finally send.

VERY DISSAPPOINTED with the bad level of customers service and the general unhelpfullness of staff on the website order line. When i went to the Green Street shop they said i need to call the order line, which is a surprise i thought i would be able to solve it there, but it was not the case.

Anyway, the website may be flash but the customer service needs a lot of improving and the staff need to be trained better i think.

Buyers should be wary of buying from their website and i would reccommend customers buy at the shop with cash and make sure to get a receipt

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi there, this is a review for the Indian fashion shop called Mahir.

I bought a pair of lengha dress that fell apart in a few weeks. The stitching fell and was loose after such a short time maybe 2 weeks, this was after i wore it 3 times!!! I went to the shop in Green Street and talked to a Manager called Mr Kamal and explained to him that i onlyu wore this dress 3 times and the stitching came apart. He started arguing with me in front of other customers and was VERY aggressive and rude to me.

The customer service i received from Mr Kamal was very bad. I explained that that this was a faulty product and by BRITISH LAW i should get a refund, he said his policy is not to give a cash refund, but a credit note. The shop is breaking the law and REFUSES to admit it. I must say i was upset and angry at the treatment i received and would advise all customers to ask about the refund policy of Mahir Green Street.

Really poor quality products and especially poor policies on returns.

You can't return anything bought from a store for a cash refund, Not worth the price

I went to Mahir to check out some outfits for my sister and my mum, i found a gold burkha in my sisters size 58 and was looking at it, when i overheard another customer asking for size 58, the shop assistant pointed to me and said "that lady has the last one", meanwhile i have had this burkha in my hands for about a minute when the assistant came up to me and said "are you going to buy this or not, because we don't loose customers like this", i was shocked and appauled at this attitude and didnt think twice, i just left the product and walked out and dont ever want to return as each time i have been to this shop i left feeling disgusted towards the staff, as they have no customer service skills what so ever!
