I went in the store to browse for a new mobile phone, was served by a young lady who was very pleasant and took the time to explain my usage and she recommended me a Samsung phone, she taught me how to use the phone before selling it to me. Super friendly, great service.

The o2 guys really helped me out! I had my phone stolen, they got my old number back and loaned me a phone to use {even though I was not insured Via them} They were very friendly. Then girls were genuinely nice.

Never ever ever answer their phone, really difficult to get useful information from them even when you walk in
