Phones 4 U

I wondered why many people avoided this shop like the plague, I was naive and now know why. Don't appreciate being lied to, and having my time completely wasted. The staff were friendly enough to start with but when it came to telling you when you were going to receive your phone, it was a different story everytime. The phone I wanted was there, I couldn't stay to wait for their systems to sort themselves out so happily put a deposit down gave them 24hours and came back to collect the phone. In the meantime, my reserved phone had been given away and was told to wait for new stock to come in....they had no idea when that was going to happen...so why take my money? I had to return for a 3rd time to get my deposit back. If someone reserves a phone with money, you don't give it away! Avoid like the plague.

I don't normally write reviews or give comments on these online things, but the service I received in Phones 4 U in Clapham Junction really deserves a mention. The staff were super friendly and the manager was really helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I left as a happy customer. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't need and everything about my new contract was explained in detail. I am relatively new to the area and it's really great to walk in to a friendly store where people are willing to help.
