I have been using DHIGS for many, many years and cannot recommend them enough. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. They frequently go out of their way for customers. I love calling in and go here even though there are other similar shops much closer to where I live, purely because the staff are so great.

Just Googled this post office so that I could find its phone number and was surprised to see a bad review! Have lived in the area since August 2016 and have always found these guys to be exceptionally nice and helpful. Very old fashioned corner shop service - personal and helpful.

Customer service here is atrocious and I have had many problems with the staff here they are rude and arrogant and overcharge for post related items. When questioned one of the owners got really nasty.
Honestly I have vowed never to darken that particular doorstep again . Horrid experience.
Oh but if you are super rich its ok i guess because they suck up to them I have seen this on numerous occasions. cringe!
