Caledonian Road Post Office

I visited this post office by coincidence whilst in the area to simply buy an envelope and send a letter, but was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. I would actually go as far as saying I was disgusted by the rudeness, particularly by the older member of staff. Avoid at all costs!! They don't care how they treat customers as they are the only post office on Cally Road. They were rude and unhelpful and did everything possible to delay and slow down the service, including asking me to re-que because I asked them to do 2 things!! Better customer service needed.

i use this office every week now (as the others have shut down). I have ALWAYS found the staff friendly & polite, & very patient. It is always clean. It get's a little busy sometimes as it is the one we now all have to go to, but they do their best to keep the queues down.
