Used the post office service earlier this morning, no queues, got served straight away. Helpful staff.

The man running the shop needs to learn some basic maths skills.
I was overcharged for some photocopying and upon returning to obtain a refund he was unable to admit his mistake.
It took one of his younger colleagues to convince him that he was wrong and I eventually obtained my refund.

They either need to start actually putting cash IN the cash machine or stop charging 50p for card purchases. There's NEVER any cash in the machine and it's robbery when their prices are already over-inflated to begin with.
Good selection of products but horrific queues, not enough staff and some of them (not all) are really rude and unhelpful.
My main bad point is the cash machine though. Sort it out or get rid of the card fees.

Post office area a mess with long queues although the staff are friendly when available. The man running the shop is very unpleasant and has no understanding of the idea of customer service.
