I dread having to go to this Post Office because of how rude the staff are! I seem to get served by the same cashier each time unfortunately and she always has the same bad attitude and smarmy comments. I also didn't like the way she handled my parcel as if it were a piece of garbage. Terrible service. I actually go to a different PO now in Old Street to avoid this. Nobody wants to be treated like rubbish even if it is just a quick trip to the PO, the staff need to learn some manners. |

On 03/08/2011, I sent a parcel to Italy using London Bridge post office. I was served by a blond/gingerish cashier of a big build with a scottich accent. The fact is, a month later, I'm still waiting for it to be delivered! Should I be worried or is it just an unusual delay? Has anyone had a similar bad service? |
