Very dissapointed with the services I have received here in general, However, last Monday took my mother's birthday card and gift to post office and handed both over to the counter staff who weighed the parcel and measured and weighed the birthday card they attached relevant postage and charged me accordingly. Was happy enough to find that the parcel arrived no problem. However until today, some 10 days later, no card had arrived. My mother has just received a letter from her post office to say that they have the card which arrived with insufficient postage and if she still wants the card she must come and pick it up personally and pay access postage.....I am so mad!!!This is not this first time this sort of thing has happend with regards sending cards from this post office. The reason I give to the counter staff is to ensure correct postage is paid. What's going on??? Otherwise this is a dark dingy and depressing place.....Will not go there anymore. |
