ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE
The owner gave away a deeply sentimental item to another customer—and it was never returned. He treated the loss as a joke, asking us if we “really needed it,” and when we requested compensation, he refused and offered only store credit.
The owner became aggressive, rude, and shouted at us when we pressed further. There is no tracking system for customer orders, which is shocking for a business handling people’s belongings.
There are far better and more professional dry cleaners just down the road. This is not a business that respects its customers or takes responsibility when it gets things wrong.

The new owners are amazing friendly and very helpful.Time goes so quick there because the owners are so friendly you can't stop talking to them.I would highly recommend this laundrette. ???
