Sandringham Dry Cleaners

Disgraceful business. I paid £12 to have my coat dry cleaned and when I received it back it was completely ruined. I went back to complain and was met with aggression and told my coat was old, which it most definitely is not. I was told to wait for the wife to arrive, and after 15 mins she arrived and was unbelievably rude and aggressive. I refused to leave the shop until they offered a refund or to resolve the issue and they then threatened to phone the police and continued to scream at me, during which time other potential customers left the shop, witnessing his unfold. I waited a further 10 mins without resolve and ended up leaving with a destroyed coat and no refund. I have never received such terrible service in my life. Do not use Sandringham Dry Cleaners.

I've grown up in this area so have seen many changes to the stretch of shops that grace Sandringham road. Therefore I'd like to think this is a pretty accurate review. The other comment has really shocked me as I've never experienced any rudeness, they are a really friendly couple who are very much part of the local community. It's a family business with competitive prices - In comparison to a city dry cleaners you wouldn't be complaining at all..It'd be half the price! I go here mainly for adjustments but the dry clean service is very good too. Whenever I need a strap of a bag to be fixed, a dress taken in..(or out) the lady who I've nicknamed fairy god mother will bring me backstage and work on my new creation. You shall go to the ball.. Support local business!!!

I have used this dry cleaner once and have found it overly priced. The couple who own the place were also very rude and not at all courteous. I would not reccomend this place and will not be returning again.
