Consistently good service and pleasant staff, prices very competitive.

I used this place after my washing machine broke down and I felt compelled to write a review.
I have not used a laundrette in many years so the review should be considered in this context.
I felt intimidated at the very idea of using a laundrette mostly worried about damaging my clothes or messing things up somehow.
I visited this place on a Sunday and there were no service washes available and no attendant to help.
The machines are of 2 sizes, regular and large, £3 and £4 respectively.
I felt unsure about how to proceed with the machines but friendly local people offered advice and there was a lovely sense of community there.
The machines are ancient and the premises old and tatty but the massive Art Deco spinner and the gorgeous vintage signs and notices gave a retro fan like me much to be happy about.
Basically what could have been a stressful trip to a tatty old laundrette was a lovely experience in discovering beautiful vintage machines and signs and also meeting some genuinely lovely neighbours I would otherwise never have met.

You're not reviewing the correct place. Epire is a dry cleaners - not a launderette!
