I put my partners dress over a month ago, whenever i call they never answer and constantly has a sign on the door stating will be back at 14:00.

Terrible service avoid at all cost.

Polite service, and a great job! My clothes were expertly cleaned and perfectly tailored. Would recommend to anyone - fast and efficient.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! extremely rude staff... didnt even bother to change the bed linen properly which is a bare minimum and had excuses for every task undertaken poorly. For instance the rug was being lifted by her vaccum cleaner hence it was left dirty and for the stains left in the sink i was told that she had used her products and it wasnt coming off (took me 2 mins to clean them after she left).I also want to point out that this was a "SURFACE CLEAN" so they only clean empty spaces and never bothered to lift anything to clean counters, loading a diswasher is also not included, only one bag of garbage will be taken down, etc. (list goes on). all of this is not specified when u book unless you ask for all the details yourself. Frankly i have lived in the area for 7 years and used various cleaners and you are better off trying any other service. The Butlers Service charges much more then a 3 hr clean in most places and doesnt do half the work not to mention how rude the st

AVOID!!!!!We used their home cleaning service for the first time. £55 for a 2 bed property. they spent 40 minutes in the property, they only dusted the living room, never scrubbed the floors or the walls, they never mopped the floor, they never cleaned under toilet seats, wiped the dust only in front of tv but not behind ,THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE FRIDGE, THE HOB, THE OVEN OR THE MICROWAVE. After complaint no refund, no compensation, no apology , no offer to resend anyone to finish the job, they said they only wipe the dust for 55£ and less than 1 hr is more than enough. YOU GET 40 MINS OF DUST WIPING FOR £55. how many cleaners in UK are paid £55 for 40 mins?????AVOID.

Took trousers in to get repaired. BOTH times I picked the trousers up and the job simply wasn't done.

Weren't willing to offer even a partial refund. Incredibly rude staff, on both visits.

Honestly, if a business ever deserved to go bust this is it.

Wow the other comments are right on the money. The attitude of the staff is extremely rude and hostile with very little or no provocation. Accusatory with in causal discourse. Very off putting. Completely avoid.

Have been to The Butler Service previously and heard the "boss" talking to her staff on a very rude way. When she finish talking to them she turned around me to serve me with a huge smile on her face. When she give my shirts back i checked them and they were horrible so i asked her to re-iron it but she refused it. said: double job,double money. I would never recommend them to no one.

To mimic just about everyone else (bar the transparent comments of The Butler Service's owners), the staff are incredibly rude. I wouldn't go back. To be honest, I'm just glad I got my suits back in one piece. There's a better service around the corner for the same price.

We have had excellent service. laundry on time, well done. Staff have been invariably polite for the 8 months we have used them several times per week. Their maid service has been excellent and the ladies have always done a thorough job. Scrupulously honest.

They really are extremely rude. Everybody can have a bad day once in a while, but the staff here are incredibly rude, always! They never say hello, they don't even look at you, they just make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them.

TO AVOID. I came in this morning to have 7 shirts washed and pressed, and I was welcome by a guy who was so rude that I ended-up telling him that maybe his attitude was not acceptable.

I was rewarded by a very direct "F... Off", as I was leaving the premises. Not impressed to say the least.

I just hope his job goes to somebody else soon.

I have been using The Butler Service for about 3 months now, I find their service fast,efficent and of the highest quality. The staff are welcoming with a friendly smile on arrival. I have to disagree with the previous reviews regarding the owner Jane she has always been very polite and has a friendly approach to all customers, most of all even when she has been busy she will always acknowledge a customers arrival. The Butler Service to me has a positive approach to customer service and the quality of service they provide is impeccable. I will recommend all my friends go there with cleaning.

Hi,
the woman behind the desk was very rude. The rule is, according to their website, if you are there before 10am you'll get it back the same day. I was there 09:47 and she said I was too late. She said I hade to be there at 09:45 the latest. In addition she did not say hello or even look at me.

Hi, the customer service is horrible. The women (Jane) was arguing, rude, screaming and saying that customer is not wright. Horrible experience overall. My clothes were missing.
