Excellent service. I had a dress altered that was done very well indeed ar short notice. Very reasonable price too. Recommend highly.

This was the first that I have used dry cleaning service at Elegance and I must say they just do half of the job. Clothes were ironed but not washed. In cases where they were washed ironing was not done properly. I will not recommend this place to others.

This customer brought in a number of shirts for laundering and ironing. We noticed prior to them be handed over to us they were damaged at home due to poor care in washing and drying. Strong perspiration odours were evident on initial inspection it appeared they probably just rinsed them and over dried them before they gave them into us. We strongly refute their claim that some of the shirts were not washed and others not ironed. We could not reverse the damage caused by their over drying. We offered to reprocess the shirts and after subsequent efforts we managed to successfully finish the shirts to a pristine condition. The customer returned to collect the shirts and was satisfied but has yet to amend the review as promised.

As my career has taken me to different areas of west London I have used several drycleaners but this drycleaners I have been using for the last year is a class above the rest. They take customers clothes to a personal level. Try their individual suit service awsome!! The staff

We have used this dry cleaners for years and have always been delighted by the results. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. I wrote this review because I looked up Elegence to check opening times here and was extremely surprised by the other review here.
