Posh Wash

I came to collect a suit and a tablecloth
Suit was not iron as well as the tablecloth
When I complained they started to fight that they wants more money and shout at me
And they wish me to go to the doctors !
Was very bad and insulting experience
Please do yourself a favour and never go to that place!

I think the poor review from Ruth in Battersea must be talking about another shop of the same name as the Golders Green Posh Wash is staffed by men who are all very gentle and give a good service.

I've been going there since I moved close by a few months back. I have my shirts pressed there weekly and have had alterations done. Their price is reasonable for the area and service has always been friendly and reliable. I like that they are open 7am to 7pm 7 days a week.

Customer service apalling unhelpful and rude. After puting my two duvets in for a dry only. Duvets now have numerous huge ugly brown stains all over. The stains are unmisssable and when I pointed them out to the lady working behind the counter she said "it's not our problem, it must be something you've done". I tried to explain to her that they were not there in the first place, and that there must be a fault with the dryer. Sadly she did not allow me to speak and air my concern and spoke over me in a rude accusatory tone. The very least she could have done was to offer to clean them again
