I am so surprised by the bad review of Elias Dry Cleaners. I would like to mention that I have been using Elias for over 20 years and can honestly say that I have always received an exceptional level of service.

There is not a dry cleaner in all of London that provides a better level of customer service and professionalism. If they say that they will do something, then they mean it!

I would strongly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looing for a high end dry cleaners to meet their every needs.

I have to say I was more than shocked to read the bad Elias review from the anonymous person below. I have never commented on a website such as this but I was so shocked I signed up just to respond! Myself and several of my friends are regular customers of Elias at all their branches but especially the one mentioned. The quality of their service is so exceptional on every level I can only assume that maybe this person had difficulty communicating or some other ulterior motive. Elias are literally the best dry cleaners out there and they have never ever let us down. Their reputation is unblemished and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone, they have saved some of my most prized items of very expensive clothing so I can only say there seems something fishy.

After reading that I am so surprised! I have been using Elias for over 30 years now and they have always been wonderful, friendly and thorough. I have used other dry cleaners, but the reason I use Elias is that they can clean almost anything! In particular, I had my daughters wedding dress cleaned at the very same branch and they were brilliant. The dress looked as good as new even though it had red wine spilled on it! My daughter was very happy indeed.
It is a shame that the lady who is named anonymous seemed to have a bad experience.
You can't run a successful business for over 40 years like Elias have if you behave like that!
Perhaps one should try one of the lower end mass market brands with less of a personal touch!
