For dry cleaning of suits, jackets, and shirts, they always did a good job, and I can recommend them. For repairs I do not recommend them: when sewing a button on a coat, they used the wrong color thread (black, not brown) and sewed the button on crookedly.

When taking a black coat to the shop and explaining that i needed it back the same day because i was travelling to Newcastle that night to go to my grandmothers funeral the following morning, they assured me that they could clean the coat the same day and they would be open until 8pm for me to collect it, i returned at 7pm, the shutters were already down and the shop was locked up. As i speak i am waiting for the train and expecting to freeze tomorrow because i will be wearing just a shirt and tie and exposed to a cold november day in the frozen north
