Paradise Cleaners

Absolutely horrible customer service. They ruined a £140 dress and refuse to pay me compensation as apparently it is my fault for taking the dress there in the first place! This dress has been dry cleaned before and I have never had problems with it. Guy in the shop is rude and would not listen to my complaint and stood and shouted at me instead of calmly explaining his side like any true professional would.

I had a large hole in my jacket repaired, was expecting the usual wait of a couple of days to collect after dropping off, but they offered to have it repaired for me straight away and i collected only 4 hours later on the same day. Perfectly repaired, stitching was very neat, and the cost was very affordable! A lot cheaper than i had been expecting. Will use them again in future!

this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Besides being OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive and they only take cash the finished product was sub par. I got laundry and dry cleaning done. They didn't fold anything so it was all covered in wrinkles, and my button down came back smelling badly. DON'T

The staff are friendly and provide a good service. They also dry clean silk items and do a good job with shirts and suits. They are reasonably priced but only take cash.
