Victoria Dry Cleaners

I recently gave my down feather winter jacket for cleaning and they literally ruined it! All the fluffiness is gone and the jacket feels like it´s empty inside! I asked them how they cleaned it and they told me that they washed it?! I mean I could wash it at home if I wanted, what´s the purpose of bringing it to a dry cleaner!?!
And this was not the first time I brought a down feather coat to a dry cleaner and this never happened to me before. To be honest THEIR LICENCE SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY, they are not a dry cleaner, they just ruin everything!

I, too, have used this dry cleaners often in the past, and enjoyed good service. Unfortunately, I suspect it may be under new management and the result has been a decided drop in the quality of the service. I recently had a pair of trousers cleaned and on my return home found two chemical burns in the material. I returned them to the shop and was told, as people in other reviews have been, that as I hadn't inspected the trousers prior to leaving the shop there was nothing the proprietors were prepared to do about it. I will not use this cleaners again, and nor should you.

Damaged valubale clothing, first claiming he received it like that, then blaming it on the customer, then claiming he is uninsured. After months of no action to rectify, this matter is going now to court.
Clothing wasn't only damaged through neglect and unprofessional handling, it stank so much it was obvious they are using inferior chemicals.
There are plenty of dry cleaners around, you should do yourself a favour and avoid this one, if you care for your clothes.

I've used this dry cleaners for several years. They always provide a prompt efficient service and clean my garments very well. They seem very busy but always provide my dry cleaning on time.

This dry cleaners put holes in my trousers and when I went to pick them up told me they were like that when I brought them in, even though that same person and I had laid them out on the counter and had a look at them when I brought them in.

Do not use this dry cleaner.
