I have used this dry cleaners on and off for years and really value the service.
The cleaning is high in quality and its always been done promptly.
I have also had different repairs done over time such as having a dress tapered in and frequently had hems on newly bought trousers taken up, which has been brilliant and at a reasonable price. I have always been pleased and highly recommend this dry cleaners!

I use this dry cleaners regularly. They are very friendly and offer service with smile. I have always been very happy with the quality of dry cleaning. I have also had alterations done here, from shortening hems to having garments reshaped to fit better - the onsite tailor is excellent! I would highly recommend this place!

The lady in charge seems to pluck the cost of the service out of thin air, I brought a coat to be dry cleaned and repaired and some holes mended. She charged me more as it is a heavy coat... The cuff needed mending and when I pointed out the holes she sort of brushed it off saying the dry cleaning will fix it. I didn't get her logic but let them do the job. I took the coat and everything seemed okay until I noticed they didn't even mend the holes.

I brought it back and she told me she never was told to mend the holes. I had to tell her I explained and paid for the holes to be mended and she finally accepted she was wrong and mended the holes.

I gave them a chance and brought a blazer and flannel trousers to be repaired and cleaned. I had to pay just under 30 pounds for a few holes to be mended in the sleeves and the trousers put a patch on it. She charged me for two patches fair enough and when I checked the trousers and it was one patch and got charged for two.
