La Brioche

Yesterday I had a coffee and pizza. Bill came to £4. I handed the man a £10 note. He gave me change. I returned to my seat only to see that he had given me 5 one pound coins and a penny! (£5.01) The man apologised and gave me the one pound coin. Today I paid for three mint tea and a hot chocolate. The waiter (another man from yesterday) said I owed £8. I gave him a £10 note. He gave me the change. Walking out I noticed a pound coin and 3 twenty pence coins......short 40 pence. I did not have time to return but am upset that this has happened twice now. I like La Brioche but am disappointed

Ordered a birthday cake with a picture of my daughter on top. They said I will have to pay £10 extra to bring the total price close to £60 which I agreed only to get a text message from one of their employees morning of the collection day to say the printer was not working and that the cake will have no picture. I was fuming !My daughter prepared for this for a long time , dressed as her favourite princess , took many pics and sent the best picture via email to preserve quality . I don't know if they understand every birthday cake is special to the child. In short I wasn't a I happy custom

I've ordered 2 wedding cakes here, and everyone just loved them....beautifully decorated and an excellent service. Would recommend to anyone!!

They make the most brilliant cakes. Fluffy sponge and great decoration. Kitsch, but then a birthday cake is meant to be. Their baker is fantastic at photo cakes. I've given him two pictures of people with dodgy backgrounds and he's managed to adapt them both perfectly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a birthday cake.
