Not recommended,I used the services once, they guarateed a small parcel delivery within 5 days, its been over a month and still no sight of a parcel. Be very very careful. My wife phoned servienvios several times, left messages and out of ten messages only two ever returned. The latest conversation began taking formats not worth mentioning showing the true colours of the people behind this business. Again be careful. We will lodge a complaint with the Local Colombian Embassy and Consulate as I believe they also source business from these high profile organizations. It may have been an amzing business some years ago but NOT TODAY.
