I have been using serivienvios for over 9 years. I have sent parcels, money etc, they always arrive on time and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I have recomended this company to my friends.

Not recommended,I used the services once, they guarateed a small parcel delivery within 5 days, its been over a month and still no sight of a parcel. Be very very careful. My wife phoned servienvios several times, left messages and out of ten messages only two ever returned. The latest conversation began taking formats not worth mentioning showing the true colours of the people behind this business. Again be careful. We will lodge a complaint with the Local Colombian Embassy and Consulate as I believe they also source business from these high profile organizations. It may have been an amzing business some years ago but NOT TODAY.

I have been using this company for my business for the last 6 years, i have send gifts, excess baggage, parcels, cash and very important documents that i needed for my wedding in Colombia, with a great service from the very competent staff members, I have been using them and will keep on using their services.

This is not a serious company, they promised that the parcel I sent was going to be in Colombia within 5 working days if left in their office before friday midday, however after 10 days and lots of mess around,I was finally told that it was still in London!!. Today, after 15 days, we still don't know where the parcel is!
