They are the worst agents in London. Please take my advise and avoid like the plague. They are rude and don’t care onc they have got you into the flat and taken your money. Really bad at communication. Don’t use them I have had a nightmare. I wish I’d seen this site before I got involved with them.

We viewed and put down a deposit on a flat, signed all the paperwork, but when we arrived at the property to collect our keys and move in, only to find that the landlord had no idea we existed; the estate agents hadn't bothered informing him of our deposit and reservation of the property, and he had since moved another group of tenants in!

In person they were apologetic about their mistake, promised to find us a new place to replace the other one, only to hear nothing from them for days on end.

Save yourself the hassle and the trouble just stay away from them, this is the only improvement that they can make.
