Terrible! Dishonest! Avoid! - we were left without a functioning dishwasher for half of our tenancy and scalding hot water from the boiler - then they had the nerve to cut the tenancy short when we complained. They are dishonest, unhelpful, obnoxious people who provide a sub-standard service if you're lucky enough to get any service at all. Previous tenants in our property had similar experience with them. Not ARLA regulated --wouldn't even respond to a letter of complaint - had to go to Trading Standards and lodge a complaint. There's no review I can give that justifies how bad our experience with them was.
