I was at Grand Union Pets last week and this shop is full of products, I could ask anything they had. The people are really friendly I did a good chat with them. I am an American ex-pat living in Maida Vale and bring my Standard poodle here regularly. They do an awesome job - and I'm a fussy customer! I love the fact that the grooming salon is totally in view behind a large window - unlike other salons in London that I've tried where the dog - my baby - gets taken behind closed doors or down into a basement. They don't use cage dryers and the people here are clearly passionate about dogs. My Standard even starts pulling me into the shop when we're just passing by, so that's a good sign!
