Creature Company Pet Shop & Dog Grooming

Few days ago, i went this place for grooming. The lady told me to pick my dog by 1:30pm and she called me by 12:50pm and i was quite far away for grocery already and when i went back she asked me to pay extra 5 pound for picking up late. This is fine. There can be a mistake. But i do not, i really do not satisfy the result of grooming. Some part of my dog left lond some really short. And i just have found out that she shaved it way too short and there is scar behind the ear and i could see that it has been bleeding for a while. People make mistake. But being honest is totally different. If it is this big, she should have known for sure. Oh yes for sure, because i even groom her at home too. When you do a business, i pay for your service. And what you are selling is not just a product. You are actually dealing with a live “creature” animal, family of ours just like your name. Plus, i rather do it at home if its this bad. I do not recomend this place. No.

It's a lovely little petshop with everything you could need.
They stock most animals and all the products they need (which is great for such a small independent shop), and they seem to care for them very seriously and very well.
They're full of advise and always up for a chat about my pets.
They can sometimes be a little bit more expensive on some products, but given the service I receive I really do not mind.

I think that they have a very good service and also they have a lot of things to choose from. I got my fish from there and I've had them for two years now so they do have a very good chance of living for a few more years. The only I would change is to be able to have strokable rabbits.

this pet shop has very friendly and polite helpful staff willing to help with concerns and interests, the information they provide is in some cases substantial enough to please the customer it is often very basic. This shop is clean and well looked after and i would gladly buy a pet of some sort with the confidence that if i come back wanting help or information about the creature they will give it to me.
