Looked for a jacket, asked one of your assistants for some advice, “How am I supposed to know if it fits you I don’t make the clothes I sell them! Went to John Lewis, Brent Cross, very helpful (AND POLITE) got a very nice jacket at a good price. James London N12.

Awful staff!!!!
Me and my husband went to buy a gift, so we were unsure what to buy so we needed time to think. One of the staff were standing behind us al the time and keept steering at us like we were trying to steal and that stresst us out very much. Then we heard her complaining about us to her staff mate that we was taking too much time to decide. We felt offended and will never shop from this shop again. This is not okey! You have to be more careful to who you empoly because you will loose lots of customers !!

I'd suggest not to put the shoe boxes on the floor between the shelves. This is very dangerous! I have recently visited your store and did not spot the boxes lying on the floor and I have tripped over. Overall the store & the staff is really nice so keep up a good work.
