Extremely ,bitchy, attitude and condescending . This is a statement not a complaint. I went in person to ask them an innocent question with regards to their tours service and I was greeted with a rude late middle aged woman.The rudeness I received was just dispiscable.
Their website does not work, and their business card is out of date so when I tried to ask them for clarification, they tell me that there are no more China tours from UK which in swished they could say that from the start. Clearly, they don't want me there as a customer. I am having second thoughts about applying for a visa to China from them. This is no way to treat a potential customer and I'm Chinese myself.
It's this sort of attitude that starts hate crime against Chinese people in UK and I am looking for alternatives to this company.
Anyone reading this , please don't think Chinese people are this rude and spiteful. Their degree of lack of respect is unprecedented and does not reflect the true nature of Chinese people.
However, in the meantime, steer clear of this place .
