I was at the money shop and a very nice and informed lady served me. As a person that doesn't live in the uk I have to say that I have been shocked at the level of customer service in this country. Having said that I would like to praise the lady at the money shop for taking her time with me and going above the call of duty to help me with the transaction. I will definitely be using this branch of the money shop more freqently (Opposite the british museum). Don't be put off by the store itself, it's a strange lay out and I had to ask the lady if I was in the right place. I have used other money shops before and I never felt a store with a smile on my face, today I did.
