I went into the north end road, fulham salon, my hair was thin and shoulder length and when she was finished it was worse than how my hair looked when I went in it was so much more thinner and shorter, it was nothing like the hairstyle that I showed her. My hair cut cost £35 for wash cut & blow dry but she tried to charge me £45 because my hair was short, she made my hair shorter and a right mess, it was that bad that I cried for whole weekend, i got told my hair looked like a man’s haircut, i was getting weird looks from people. I would never ever rate them or go back again, my confidence has gone right down hill since this cut. Im so angry. Ive had people telling me that I should complain and I shouldn’t even had paid them, ive shown photos on Facebook of my hair of how it was before I went in there and how it looks now. Im so disappointed. Your meant to look better when you come out of a hairdressers not worse 🤬

This was my second cut at Rinitas. I wish id thought to ask the stylist her name. Lovely Albanian woman.
I told her roughly what I wanted and then I said, "can you just make me look nice? I like to curl my hair and need layers".
My hair is black, fine and totally straight.
She gave me the best cut I've had in 20 years. No kidding. When I got home I played with it a bit and added some curls. It looks better then I had imagined it could.
All for 20£.

I have been to both of the Human salon's, the salon's are very clean and up to date with all the modern way of hairdressing, within the salon's you find a friendly community,the staff were there to help with what i needed and wanted to know about my colour and condition of my hair, I had my hair coloured in the week at the Uxbridge branch by a man named Phillip, he was extremley friendly and advised some conditions treatments from there kerastase product range, I live in Houslow and travel to Uxbridge or Fulham to get a spectacular service from there salon

Human Hair&Beauty in Uxbridge is a very professional salon, i have just had my hair cut&coloured there, the staff are all friendly&helpful,I was pleased with the colour and my hair cut was terrific

No difference to my hair was noted post brazilian blowdry despite using sulphate free products & following haircare advice. I have previously had good results with another salon. Stylist rushed through explanantions uncaringly & should avoid smoking just outside the front door with the receptionist.

i have visited both the uxbridge and fullham salon, and both are excellent, my hair stylists always do a great job on my hair with both cut and colour, and the half price colour on tuesdays is a great offer and helps me out alot with my hair budget. i have recommended most of my friends to human.

I bought a groupon for a Brazilian Blow dry. I loved the effect of the treatment on my hair it has completely transformed my hair and is now much more manageable. The after care products smell nice and you really only need a small amount. I thought it was very professional to ask if I wanted to come

For those of you that may have purchased deals from GROUPON, make sure you book with a senior stylist as all the cheap deals go to juniors. Had my hair cut a few weeks back, the junior stylist ruined it. I was better off cutting my hair at home, would have done a better job. Poor customer service.

I was introuduced to Human Hair & Beauty (Uxbridge) after buying a deal for IPL from Groupon. The deal was great value for money and the service I received was excellent. Shabz, the beauty therapist, is very professional and does not rush her treatments and gives you the required attention. The results I have seen so far are great and I have even gone on to purchase a second course of treatment, again at a great discounted price. I would fully recommend Shabz and Human Hair & Beauty Uxbridge for you IPL needs.

i have recently become a client of the Human hair and Beauty salon in fulham, i was a groupon client and found them through a brazilian blow dry deal. i was very pleased with my service they were welcoming and helpful with a lively salon atmosphere, the results of the brazilian blow dry was amazing as my hair felt smoother and less frizzy. They also offered me alot of advice on other treatments and i booked myself in with microdemabrasionfacial beauty treatments with the skin specialist liliana as i suffer from mild acne and was surprised with the results as my skin appears much more vibrant and the acne has reduced massively.

overall im really pleased with the salon and the outcome of my treatments and would recommend Human hair and beauty to my friends and family!

I have been having this treatment for approximately a year and 3 months. I was ecstatic with the results as i have suffered with bad skin for most of my life however the microdermabrasion cleared my skin up completely.I love the attentiveness of the staff and the personable service i recieve especially from my regular skin specialist Lili as i feel she spends a great of time on me and takes care with the treatments she does. I also recieve mini massages which are given with this chemical treatment in Human Hair and Beauty(Fulham) which i find very theraputic; i am greatful with the service i recieve and look forward to my next appointment

I purchased a groupon for a Brazilian Blow Dry and visited the Uxbridge branch. Well how disappointed was I. Please do not go this salon. The treatment didn't work and although I was offered to have the treatment done again on the part of my hair that didn't take to the treatment, I decided against. I have had this treatment done before at another salon and wish I had gone back there. The staff are young, inexperienced and rude. When I informed them that I wasn't happy with the results I was met with a load of excuses ranging from the fact that I didn't purchase their shampoo & conditioner and therefore the treatment may fall out. I already use sulphate free shampoo & conditioner but because it wasn't the same as the one they sell in the salon then it was my fault. I was told that the treatment doesn't straighten the hair, it only takes the frizz out, well that didn't happen. It's all a con. The stylist, and I use the term loosely, as she was 18 and clearly not experienced and her attitude was far from professional. The treatment should have taken an hour and a half, if not longer but I was in and out of the salon within the hour. she rushed through every stage of the treatment and was straightening clumps of my hair rather than smaller sections. Never go to this salon, unless you want to pay loads of money for bad service and a bad hair do.

I purchased a Brazilian Blowdry deal on Groupon at Human Hair and Beauty Fulham, checked out the reviews before and was quite hesitant , some good some bad. As it was such a good deal and i was staying in the vacinity for the weekend decided to give it a try as everyone has their own opinions regarding services given to them. I found the salon quite funky and eclectic...bit too trendy for me but I am middle aged!! But probably recently refurbed. Staff friendly and welcoming as you would expect. The Blowdry did not take properly at the front of my hair, i called them a week later (after reading the reviews i was quite wary of doing this) and found they were quite happy to get me back in to have a look, after which they redid the front bit with no hesitation, apologised for the inconvenience and i went on my way. I would recommend them and probably use them n a regular basis if i lived locally.

Be very wary. They claim to have a half price colour deal but charge like wounded bulls for extras such as toner and provide no prior warning before you go to pay at the end. My hair was very dry afterward as it had been badly over processed and has never fully recovered.

I have been using Human hair and Beauty for a male haircut for around a year now and have always been very impressed by the quality and value for money. I have had two different hairdressers both very friendly and very talented. Even though i have recently moved to Limehouse (East London) i still travel all the way over to Fulham for my haircut as i think it is well worth the trip. Tweedy is now my regular stylist and she provides an incredible service. She is very friendly and easy to get on with but also a great hairdresser. I have had stylists struggle to cut outside their comfort zone and tell me how they have to cut my hair in order for it to 'work' but Tweedy is very good at changing the style of the cut depending on what i am looking for at that particular time and it always turns out perfect. I would definitely recommend Human and Tweedy.

I bought a voucher and regret not having read the reviews about the place. Having done the Brazilian Blow Dry before (somewhere else) I thought I wouldn’t have any problems as the place seemed to be selling a lot of these deals. I thought it would give the staff enough experience to do a good job. The staff are young and unprofessional, and there’s never a manager around. If you’re lucky enough and the treatment works on your hair, fine. If not, as happened to me, you’ll have no customer service or an alternative solution whatsoever. It seems easy to leave a good review when things go well, but when they don’t we see how bad the place is. In a nutshell, the Brazilian Blow Dry did not work. I asked to have a layer done and 1 inch cut off. The girl cut three layers with more than 3 inches of distance between them. No idea about measurements whatsoever! After they finished the treatment they told me that I should buy their shampoos and conditioners (£38.00) otherwise they couldn’t guarantee that the treatment would work, so I did. After having washed my hair as asked, and seeing no difference from before (apart the terrible ‘trendy’ haircut), I called them to let them know the result. They booked another appointment (I had to get the day off) and when I got there the appointment hadn’t been booked!! They asked me to book another one. I asked to talk to the manager and they refused to call anyone, as if they were not prepared to solve any problems. Honestly speaking, the staff seemed terrified and really unprofessional. Finally, after a long wait, they gave me David’s number, and I had to call him myself. He was polite and asked me to ask the staff to give him a call (sounds awful I know). When she called him, obviously she turned her back to me(rude) and told him whatever she wanted to protect her job. To sum up when it comes to customer service they are COMPLETELY USELESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE. By the way, the place looks untidy and poor.

I bought a voucher from a reputable discount website for a cut and Brazilian Blowdry and so made my appointment at this salon. Now having only recently settled in London I have yet to find a good hairdresser, so I thought they're obviously keen to advertise and find new clients like me perhaps but my experience was terrible; they are only interested in the money. I found that that Brazilian Blowdry did not take effect despite buying and using the products salon advised. Worse still (as a professional career woman) I have had a trusted colleague at work come tell me that the cut was uneven at the back (mid length bob cut) and i had to get it corrected (using her hairdressers). The hairdresser in question did not wish to engage in conversation despite my offering about news/weather etc etc. I wasn't offered any magazines, beverages etc that go into making hairdressing trip an enjoyable experience. I would never have paid full price for this awful service; instead i'll be going back to Aveda (my friend's salon), gladly pay in full and at least they get it right & they're pros!

I recently moved to fulham in london. I came across this salon as is it is not to far from my new house so i thought i would give it a try. I have recieved a great service on the 5 or 6 seperate occasions i have used Human hair and beauty and i will be going no where else for my hair and beauty treatments aslong as im in the london area. Great salon, great treatments and great staff.

I have been going to Human for a few years now and have seen quite a few members of staff for different services beauty and hair. I have always found them all to be welcoming, polite and professional...as the previous comments have said they are shocked by the bad reviews on here and as a regular client I had to write to say how I personally have found my experiences to be. It is a very 'comfortable' salon and not one you would say to be pretentious.....i myself hate walking into them type of salons and feeling that you dont quite 'fit in'. But its everyones taste i suppose. All the staff seem to be very accomodating to their clients, on my last visit the receptionist was holding a clients baby who had started to cry while she was having her service finished, some may call that unprofessional but i call that going above beyond the relms of good service. I would and have recommend to my friends.

I've been visiting Phil at human hair for over a year now and was shocked to read some of the reviews on here. I've had numerous treatments here and they have never had any issues. As the review below states I can only give my personal opinion and I would recommend this place to all of my friends. The service has always been professional and
i have always been pleased with my treatments.

The objectively subjective character of writing reviews is that it reflects one's own personal experience. For several years I have had my hair cut at Human Hair and Beauty in North End Road. I have always received a good and professional service. The staff provide well made tea and coffee and the manager Phil has great Cranberry juice. I never had cause for complaint and leave the salon satisfied with the service. Of recent times, the salon employed a new stylist, Tweedy. She possesses a traditional skill in the nature of scissor work when cutting short hair to a fine 1 1/2 and 1 which ordinarily a barber would perform with clippers. In that sense, the staff have talent. Phil the manager is himself a very good stylist with a good eye for detail. Overall - very good value supported with a high level of service.

Do not recommend this place at all. Very rude and unprofessional manager, do not care at all about his clients. He's so rude and has a disgusting attitude. I can see other reviews here complaining about him and I can understand now that i had to deal with him. I had one session of IPL treatment there and they did not follow any health and safety procedures, the girl who carried out the treatment was doing everything quickly because is was almost closing time and had no time to answer my questions. When I called the place few days later with some concerns about my skin they simply did not care and even hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. Please avoid this place they obviously do not take treatments seriously and only care about your money.

I moved to Fulham just over a year ago now and was looking for a new hairdressers.
I was walking past and found Human as I liked the way it is decorated.
The staff are very friendly and well skilled in what they do it's a place I enjoy going to to get my hair cut. I have a large growth on my head and I am always worried about the reactions of the hairdresser when I go to get my hair cut.
I have been seeing a girl called Tweedy who is very good at mens hair never afraid to offer new ideas and a change.
I was disappointed when she went to the Uxbridge branch for a while but thrilled to bits when my girlfriend who sees Abbie informed me of her return.
I haven't found anyone who can cover up my lump on my head to the point it is invisible and for the first time in my life I have the confidence to have short back and sides because Tweedy has it all under control and hides my lump well.
I introduced my girlfriend to human because a home hairdresser had turned her hair orange Abbie is great with colour and fixed it, it was as if it never happened!
As long as I am in London this is the only place I will ever have my hair cut!

If you are looking for the worst hairdressers in London, you've found it. Terrible hiar cut, a brazilian blowdry that didnt work (I've had it done before and it was brilliant, but I had it done at a proper hairdressers!!). When I called to speak to the manager to tell her the blowdry didnt work she replied, 'well if you pay less for the treatment what do you expect? I got the treatment through a differnet website at a 50% discount! Ill tell you what i expect...I expect the same treatment as if I was paying full time...durrrrr!

Having read reviews after I had paid for and made my appointment for a Brazilian Blowdry I was a apprehensive about attending. I needn't have worried. The salon was attractive and clean. The staff were very polite and friendly, not only offering me coffee and water but walked 7 minutes up the road to top up the meter for my car when the time was running out. The chair provided for having my hair washed was one of the most comfortable I have ever sat in. Last but not least I absolutely loved my hair! I felt like a million dollars. I shall definitely go there again. It could be that previous criticisms prompted changes - if this so then they are to be commended for having a positive attitude.

Would not recommend simply due to the disgusting attitude of the Manager. I'd had a full head of hightlights and brazilian blow dry so had spent a fair bit of money already, then went back for a cut and their recommended follow up blow dry (which I don't think is necessary at all and costs another £25). The hairdresser I had was great. Very professional and really nice. Did an excellent job of my highlights and cut, though the brazilian blow dry isn't great. However, after my cut, she took my gown off to find that it had bleach on the the inside which had gone on to my top and ruined it. She was extremely apologetic and called the Manager over. He looked at it and said "it's only a tiny bit" and walked off! I was so gobsmacked at his attitude that I didn't say a thing and so left the salon fuming. It's such a shame as the hairdressers all seem to be really nice and professional they've obviously tarted the salon up as it is much nicer than the other reviews on here suggest. However I would never set foot in the place again or recommend it to anyone after that experience. STAY AWAY!

This is the worse place ever to go get you hair done!! avoid this place if you can please for your own sake. I went to get a relexer an a cut they charged me £140 and the hair cut is the worse i have ever had I can not do anything with it. The stuff are rude and talking on the phone or to themselves and not doing their job. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE PLEASE. This place should not be open and should close down and I am never ever going back again. when i arrived they had no hair magazines to look at and the sinks were broken the place in a nightmare....I hated my whole experince and intended to go back and complain...The girl that does afro hair is the worst. She is rude, and unprofessional and has no idea what she is doing, worst hair experince I have ever had.

do avoid this place like a plague. the staff was very unfriendly and rude, the place itself was quite untidy. Just in case this is not enough, they quoted the wrong price and seriously tried to make me pay it (!) after I already got the treatment having agreed to it only because of the quoted lower price. Had to call the manager, paid the quoted lower price, and was advised "not to ever come back" by the beautician. Oh well, will never recommend the place to anyone I know.

I received a very bad cut and my hairdresser was on their mobile a lot of the time and being called away alot . I found the salon not very clean especially the toilets. They charge professional prices but you do not get a professional service.I will not be going back. Avoid this place like the plague.
