I popped in to ask about colouring my hair. The two women who worked there looked at me like I was a piece of dirt under their shoe and one replied simply "not today". Won't be going back any other day for sure!

I visited this salon because my hair has been extremely hard to handle so I decided to get it cut short, the people there were extremely rude to the person that was having her hair done by saying that she is out of date and should regularly come to this salon. When it was finally my go the man asked my what i wanted and I said that I want it cut very short and he laughed then looked at his colleague to suggest that I was doing a crazy thing. He kept rolling his eyes at me and saying that he had no idea what he was doing. I ended up with some crazy hairstyle so I will go somewhere else

I have visited this salon for a wash and blow dry, I was dissapointed when they didnt blow dry my hair but use a straigntners, when I went to pay , it was more expensive than qutoed on the price list, I personally dont think that is legal! but I had no choice but to pay the higher price, because I was told they had used a straigntners instead of a hair dryer, what a lot of cobblers that is! Would not go back and they are crooks and only rip you off! It is a shame as I get my hair done at least every 2 weeks, and if the price was right I would do every week, that business has now been lost.

Terrible service, very slow and unorganized. I was waiting until they finished the lady before me, about 20 mins into my appointment I was only then allowed to get my hair done. after the dye came out (very limited stock of colours too i must add!) she styled the hair but I found it too long still. She said she cant do anything about it cos another lady came in at this time and she had to go to her. I sat in that chair forever until she was done with this AND another lady! Before she cameback to fix me, she was so nervous and rushed for time it made me feel uncomfortable, she even cut her fingers when cutting my hair because she was rushing so much. I am unhappy with the end result, I left the saloon fed up and now everyone constantly asks me "who cut your hair? did you do it yourself?" and I was charged £50 for that! Now I have to spend another to get it fixed.

Very poor, chaotic service. Waiting time was long, forget about your hair being done on time! I went there to dye my hair but wasn't sure combination of which colour to use so i asked hairdessers opinion on my potential choice i was told that "this is what i have chosen so do i want to go with it?" When it comes to hair dying, two different people were putiing the dye on, splashing it on the floor and my hand. That was not the end of mistakes and errors but to cut long story short i was not happy with the cut and had to go somewhere else to correct it. I would not recommend it at all! They aren't expensive but it isn't worth the time wasted and nerves anyway.
