Great massage, lovely lady did it and the room was nice enough....

On my way out decided to have my fringe trimmed. Big mistake. Hairdresser seemed to use a similar technique to my mum when I was 4, so fringe is now too short (hairdresser didn't seem to realise that wet hair will be shorter when it dries) and completely unshaped across my forehead. There are bits longer than others and the top layer is shorter than the bottom layer. She didn't even bother to dry/finish it properly.

Then they had the gall to charge me £10 for a 2 min job. They are very let down by their hair departmen

I went to have a a trim and my fringe cut. My hair is naturally very straight. My hairdresser couldn't speak English so the receptionist translated. Receptionist said that because my fringe is so thin, they would perm it slightly so it would look thicker and then trim the rest of my hair. I thought ok and trusted them. Cut was nicely styled and wavy all over because hairdresser blow dried it that way. They charged me £55. (Remember my hair is naturally straight all over). Next day, my fringe was frizzy and the rest of my hair straight. I had to clip fringe back so that no one could see but a guy at work saw and went, your hair is frizzy haha! So embarrassed went back after a week, begged them to fix it and then they charged me £29 for making my fringe straight again. They caused the problem but still wanted me to pay for it.
