I have recently visited this salon. I was satisfied with the result, however the atmosphere made me feel very uncomfortable. The assistant did not ask me any questions how I wanted my eyebrows to be done and only showed me a mirror when she has finished. People who work there constantly spoke Lithuanian language which I did not understand.
Even though I was happy when I had a proper look at home I would not go there as the whole experience made me feel very upset. I felt like I didn't deserve their attention because they were superior and better than me. It is probably not their fault, but the Lithuanian culture as I have dealt with them before. But what may be excellent service in their country is not the same in the UK. If they wish to get more clients in they should change their attitude as they have truly amazing specialists.
