Not recommend at all, the hairdresser so rude I showed her the picture of hairstyle is everything what she said ok i know but at the final I'm looking like a old lady 😭 then she cut my daughters hair my daughter showed some picture but i don't wanted to let her to cut her hair like that and the hairdresser brushed hers hair like a horses tail and started to cut i stopped her i said no not that much she doesn't want to listen me she said your daughter want like that.Bad experience with this salon. Never again.

First when you come you get angry looks from stuff. Then everyone turns away. No one answers to hello, greating is not existing thing in there. They always look down on you. Short chuby girl with black hair, tall skiny blond woman and older blond with long hair hairdressers incredibly rude and ignorant. They would rather smoke than help you. Haircut wasn't too bad, but very poor customer service.

The atmosphere in the salon is very unpleasant even so they have experienced people working there.

I have recently visited this salon. I was satisfied with the result,however the atmosphere made me feel very uncomfortable. The assistant did not ask me any questions how I wanted my eyebrows to be done and only showed me a mirror when she has finished. People who work there constantly spoke Lithuanian language which I did not understand.
Even though I was happy when I had a proper look at home I would not go there as the whole experience made me feel very upset. I felt like I didn't deserve their attention because they were superior and better than me. It is probably not their fault, but the Lithuanian culture as I have dealt with them before. But what may be excellent service in their country is not the same in the UK. If they wish to get more clients in they should change their attitude as they have truly amazing specialists.
