Royal Mail

The Wandsworth Royal Mail delivery office on Twilley Street is seriously the worst delivery office in the UK. I have lived in Wandsworth for 12 years. I have had numerous missing/lost parcels. The postmen regularly skip delivery days. Their customer service is appalling and they are aggressive to people at the counter if you ever need to go in. It's a joke.

Helpful, polite and convenient.

I enquired to Wandsworth Road sorting office re the whereabouts of a parcel I am looking for. I was told that the reference number was not for there. Within 5 minutes I got a return call to say that my parcel was located at Parcel Force in Queenstown Road. As a newcomer to the area, I am very appreciative of the gentleman at Wandsworth road who went the extra mile.

These opening times are clearly unacceptable. 9-1, seriously? If I was around between 9 and 1, I wouldn't have missed my package!

The next post code over, SW11, has an office which is open 7.30-7 weekdays, opens even later on Wednesdays and opens on Saturday and Sundays. The difference is a joke.

This place is utterly useless. It's in no man's land, nowhere to park and shuts at 1pm. When you do manage to get there before it shuts (nearly impossible for people with full time work), the staff are so rude that it's almost impressive. You are very unlucky if you live in the catchment area for this dreadful collection office.
