Never ask a client for a review before you review the job that you have done. I was asked to give a review immediately after 2 implants were placed. Glad I waited as they were not a success. Now I'm back to square one and still suffering with pain and distress. I've got to have them taken out.

I am very sorry to hear about your ordeal. I explained to you when you came to see me last that the condition you have is called Peri-implantitis. I explained to you that this is a very rare condition where the bone around implants begins to dissolve and disappear. The dental world still does not know why this happens to some patients and not others even though it's a very rare condition. Out of the thousands of implants I have done in my 20 years of placing implants I have only had a hand full of patients who have developed this condition. It is very unfortunate that you are one of the unlucky few that have developed this condition. It is one of the conditions we cannot guarantee and this is clearly stated in the guarantee document which you signed at the end of your treatment. Despite this I have taken upon myself to remedy the situation because I as the Principal of the practice and my dental team are genuinely caring people who want to do our best for all of our patients. I therefore look forward to treating this unfortunate condition that you have and getting you to the healthy state that you deserve and which I am sure you will be very satisfied with. Having been extremely nervous of dentistry for many years I found Dr Bashar on the NHS website. So far I've had an extraction and a crown fitted and in both instances they were quick and pain-free. I can honestly say Dr Bashar is an excellent dentist; very professional and also very calm and reassuring. My dentist's Enjoyable Dentistry Technique just shows how far dentistry has evolved. It leaves you not just comfortable and relaxed but confident you are in the hands of a professional and a gentleman. I would highly recommend Dr Bashar and his team to everyone.

I wouldn't normally make recommendations and especially not for something like dentistry but I honestly think everyone should know about Dr Bashar Al-Naher and The Enjoyable Dentistry Technique. I recently had to have 2 deep fillings and a wisdom tooth extraction and although initially nervous, Dr Bashar Al-Naher made me feel comfortable, relaxed and I didn't feel a thing! I didn't think you could ever classify a trip to the dentist as 'enjoyable' but I left the surgery laughing, comfortable and with the knowledge that a great job had been done.

A really professional atmosphere. You are made to feel very welcome, very relaxed and the staff are very welcoming.
I had the female dentist deal with me. She explained everything really well to me and made sure I felt at ease and relaxed.

I had my first treatment for two dental implants on Tuesday, after finding the Practice via a Groupon deal, and was amazed by how painless and relaxing the whole treatment was. The combination of "Happy air" and Bashar's calming tones helped me to drift into a state wher I could hear everything that was happening without feeling any pain. The hour and a half treatment felt like ten minutes and when I was told to open my eyes I felt refreshed and comfortable. Very caring dentist! Didn't feel pain at all. In fact, I felt very relaxed throughout the whole procedure. All staff very polite and friendly. Great customer service, you won't feel rushed. These people know their stuff and do it very well. Prices are very reasonable for private dentistry. My wife has also booked her appointment. Will be back.

Dr Bashar is simply a brilliant and experienced dental surgeon. His friendly and warm personality &the pleasurable dentistry techniques that he incorporates into the treatment further reduce anxiety and take away all pain. Going to see him first time last year was the best thing I did for my teeth and my bank balance too! My implants are a great result. He has also saved me from an expensive, unnecessary & risky sinus surgery in a fancy (unethical !) Polish clinic where the cost of implants would have been much higher. I Highly recommend him especially to those worriers!

My experience at The Care Dental Practice was truly unique.I have not met such caring dentist in my entire life.I have only just moved to the area about 4 months ago from New York.Totally different experience to everything I've experienced so far when it comes to dental treatment.My dentist, Dr Constanze was calm,composed,caring,yet approachable and down to earth.I had 3 fillings replaced as they were causing me some trouble.Had it done about a month ago and did not feel even the slightest pain during my visit.I would recommend Dr Constanze to all my family,friends & colleagues.

WOW! Dr Bashar is a calm,kind perfectionist! I had a lower crown replaced and two white fillings where margins had shrunk over the years. Every single dentist I have been to see told me I would need to replace these with "new crowns/veneers" not so at this wonderful practice!! The receptionist are also in a league of their own! I went with a friend who had two titanium screws fitted with no discomfort -she is really looking forward to her implants!! I will not reveal the secret of the "pain free experience" but to say it is just that!!!I am a very happy customer! A big thank you!!

I have been attending this dental practice for many years and Dr Basher Al Naher fitted veneers to all my front teeth over ten years ago and they are still in very good condition. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an excellent dentist.

and Dr Bashar Al-Naher made my treatment and experience very relaxing and comfortable. I needed a dental implant in my lower jaw and did not feel any discomfort at all during the treatment. I have been a life long phobic and my teeth were in a state. I was recommended to see Dr Bashar Al-Naher by a friend of mine who was also very anxious about dental treatment. I found Dr Bashar's technique very effective. Using his Enjoyable Dentistry method, I was able to relax and get quite comfortable with dental treatment. I needed several extractions, crowns and implants. This involved extensive dental treatment. Everytime I went, I became more relaxed and comfortable with dental treatment . No pain and no discomfort . Just a wondeful, comfortable relaxing floating feeling of total care and comfort.

The Enjoyable Dentistry Technique that Dr.Bashar Al-Naher uses is incredible. Before i knew it, using Happy Air and rerlaxation instructions, i was in another world. A world of peace and tranquiliy and joy, literallly. I had 3 deep fillings and felt nothiing but this constant state of peace and happiness throughout the treatment. I felt no needles, no drilling and no discomfort whatsoever. I would recommend this practice to all and have already recommended it to all my friends and family. Well done Dr. Bashar and thank you for such an amazing experience.

What an amazing experience! I would never think having my teeth done could be so enjoyable. I have first visited Dr Bashar at The Care Dental Practice back in 2009 and have since remained his regular patient. I cannot praise him and his team enough. I had major work done on my teeth that started with braces and finished on crowns and veneers. Throughout my treatment, I received so much care and attention, it really made me feel much more relaxed and at ease, and combined with Dr Bashar's innovation, the so called Enjoyable Dentistry Technique, I don't remember feeling any pain at all! Everyone is so caring and helpful at the practice. I would recommend this practice to anyone anytime! I have long forgotten my dental phobia and I always look forward to my future dental appointments at The Care Dental Practice!

Great Dental Practice, Dr Bashar is the most caring dentist I have found. His "Enjoyable Dental Technique” is amazing. I thought I had been in the chair for 10 minutes but had been there an hour.
