I have been a regular customer for years at the Hammersmith branch but recently they have new staff there. They had one nail dryer and using it for feet and hands which was rather revolting and was broken. The messed up my nails entirely, he was trying to do three peoples nails at the same time and not paying attention, hurting and burning me with the drill. If you complain, they start talking amongst each other and laughing. So so rude and unprofessional new staff, will not going there for a while until things changing. Shame.

The salon is well-organised, efficient and well-managed. Everyone works hard to provide an efficient and good quality service. I have been going here for more than 3 years and have recommended it to many friends who are now regular customers. If you like what they do thank them and if you are not completely happy let them know and they will make sure it is perfect. I have lived in Chiswick for 25 years and it is great to have this high quality service on the doorstep.

In London for the day, decided to have nails done, the staff came over as rude could not understand what I was saying language barrier. I went somewhere else.

Moved to the area recently and this salon has been brilliant. At first I thought they were rude but after about 5 minutes I realised it was a language barrier/cultural differences. They are amazing technicians best acrylics I've ever had, they are perfectionists and so very quick! My acrylics lasted six weeks and my nails grow really fast but they still looked perfect up until I had them removed. I think the price is right for what they offer. I like to spend my time in salons relaxing so I prefer not to chat and they respect that completely. Will definitely be a regular. Highly recommend!

I am a regular customer at JK nails, they always find an appointment for me whenever I need it. In all the years of having my nails done JK is the best! The nails last and look great! I am very perticular about how I like them done and can be fussy but they always meet my requirements and all the little extras
They are not rude , yes some of their English is bad but I always find myself in conversation with them one way or another and I guess if you are stuck up then they will treat you the same.
It's pricy but that's what you pay for quality.
And now they do beauty as well!

Been to this salon twice. First time: simple manicure. None of the manicurist speak English, but they speak amongst themselves constantly while doing your nails - it is rude and irritating. Second time: I went in quickly to ask if I could look up the nail polish used on me last time, I was thinking in investing in it. The front of office, an older lady told me "if you aren't having your nails done there is no need for you to look" in a rude and aggressive manner. I won't be going back there for my future manicures.

I can highly recommend this salon for gel manicures and eyebrow threading. Ok, they are not the cheapest in town, but are still very reasonable and the gel lasts much longer than other, cheaper, manicures that I have had. Another reviewer said they are not very friendly, well they don't gush all over you like some places but they are always polite and helpful.

I just have to say, I wrote a review the 18th of march when I had my nails done and my nails lasted until yesterday (29th of april) which is amazing!! Not a single one fell off or broke and I work full time in a bar. Great quality, but I've realized £33 is a bit overpriced.

I love this nail bar! Efficient, friendly (although their English is not brilliant, good quality and value for money! Highly recommend it!

I have been a customer here for about 6 months now and love the salon! The staff always manage to find an appointment to suit and I am always happy with my gel manicure and my pedicure. Excellent vaue too and would highly recommend it!

This place is great! I got a fullset with tips and gel with french manicure. It only took one hour and Im so happy with the result. The staff's english is not perfect (which I think the previous reviewer mistook for rudeness) but they are so sweet and friendly. Paid £33 for it but think acrylics are cheaper. I highly recommend!

I disagree with the previous review. This is an efficient and helpful nail bar. Fast, clean and skilled. Good choice of colours and reasonably priced. Will always fit you in if they can. In my experience, they greet me and say goodbye if I do; courtesy is two way.

The staff is not friendly.They never say hello and bye.If I ask question about my nails they get very aggressive.I had several appointments with different persons in JK nails salon in Chiswick and I can say that they behave badly .They are very rude.I live in this area,it was convenient for me to go there ,but I decided it is better not to go there afterwards.
