I recently joined it was pleasent to be greeted by such polite and friendly staff, One issue with the phone lines for appointments being at random times but the option is there for emergencies. all in all a pleasent place to be seen.

If the patient asks to speak to someone they should be able to be rung back by the said person without contradiction from receptionist
