Absolutely dreadful customer service. Paid extra for delivery which stated 1-2 days. Ordered Friday still hadn't received by Wed. Phoned to say I desperately needed this item and they refused to send Next Day despite it being late already. Promised 1st class arrives next day 99% of time. It didn't

I am very sorry to read your comments. Having been open for business for over 9 years we have over 5000 regular customers. Unfortunately i suppose you can't please everybody, although we try our hardest to do so. We hope to be able to provide a more pleasurable service to you in the future. Thank you for your comments.

Whilst I (genuinely) hate writing bad reviews about any business, I'm afraid the service from this company has been so bad that I've been willed into action, not least to save others the nightmare of dealing with InknToner.
I placed an order with this company for a number of print cartridges (listed as in stock on their website) in September 2011. A week or so after the order (by which time the delivery should have been completed) I was informed the products were in fact not in stock and I would have to wait a further 2/3 weeks for the supplier to deliver into the UK. I was assured at this stage I'd be kept up to date with progress.
Needless to say I wasn't kept up to date (I had to call more than once to check on progress), and after 2 months of waiting for this delivery I gave up and requested a refund.
I did at this time speak to the director of the business and asked him if he felt this was an acceptable standard of service. His reply? "Yes. We work off tight margins". If there is a wrong response to give a customer this is surely it.
Amusingly, this company has a number of positive reviews online from a feedback site called ekomi. I can only imagine they've paid for this feedback, judging by comments on this platform (I certainly couldn't leave any feedback on ekomi).
In summary, avoid. What you'll save in a couple of pounds you may well lose in time wasted and aggravation.
