Hiya

Hoping someone can give some suggestions.
It's my nephews 18th birthday in a few weeks and we want to treat him to a great day out in London but he has Muscular Dystrophy so is wheelchair bound and has near to no movement besides his fingers.
We were hoping to take him to Madame Tussauds but after answering many queries regarding prices and the like for a disabled visitor they finally remembered to mention that the accessibility lift has been broken for weeks and they have no idea when it'll be fixed so he can't even get in!
I had considered FunLand but I can see him getting frustrated as he wouldn't be able to play many of the arcade games...
I am having major issues thinking of anything else that an 18 year old Video Game fanatic can do in London with such minor mobility.
Any suggestions??

The arcades in Trocadero aren't an 'all-day' thing anyways so you could stop in there for a bit. There are some games that he could reach, some fighting button-bashing ones... aw shit they might be up a step. But also saying that it's actually a nightmare to navigate around when you're able bodied, I'm not sure just how wheelchair friendly it is.

I have to say I've taken it for granted that I can just walk and do various things, and I don't know anyone in a wheelchair.... If he likes movies, there's the movie museum next to the wheel on the south bank. There's also the IMAX.

What date is his birthday weekend? I know there's a gaming onvention this summer in London, but will have to check the date of it.

Lol...thanks mate, I did look into the Video Game expo but the dates are all wrong.
His birthday is in 2 weeks now.
We are now considering a stand up comedy show as even arcade games within reach are no good as he literally cannot move his arms or hands, just his fingers and so would be unable to play then anyways.
