We have visited Maya many times over the past few years. The food is definitely the best in town and the restaurant is shoulders above the rest. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The food arrives to the table piping hot and not greasy as it does in some places.

We have been to Maya in Surbiton a few times for a night out and their quality of food and service is outstanding. The venue is very modern and chic, i particularly like the spacious feel with the large round tables. The food is so fresh and the chunks of lamb are so succulent and mouth- watering. Waiters very helpful and prompt, the complete restaurant experience!!!

I have been going to this restaurant since they opened as they seem a far superior restaurant in all aspects of hospitality compared to any other Indian restaurant in Surbiton.Great great food in beautiful surroundings very spacious and elegant.
This time round I chose the lamb Haryali cooked to perfection with succulent lamb which just melted in my mouth, my wife had the chicken Tava which came out sizzling but unlike other Indian restaurants this sizzling dish had a lovely sauce which we both enjoyed very much with our rice and nan bread.
We had starters, mains,side dishes, rice and nan bread as well pappadoms, chutney and drinks and the total bill only came to £37.95 a complete bargain.

i have been to maya several times now with different friends who all like indian food and on each occasion the service and the food have been first class. i am used to dining at many top restaurants for business and pleasure and this is the only restaurant in the area that i use for indian food.
