As a Colombian myself, I can say that the food is amazing, the portions are more than generous... Unfortunately after many visits today I believe it was my last, I have had enough of the terrible service, long waits, wrong orders, wrong charges; but above all the rudeness of the management! If you express your dissapointment at the service it is not taken nicely and so, if the very management have such attitude what can you expect from the rest? There is no hope for improvement with such attitude... and it really is a shame for me, cos I like the food there, however for me having excellent service is a MUST, when dealing with customers (and I have plenty of experience in this matter) and for course that's also priceless! So even if I have to miss out on their food and pay maybe more somewhere else, I will do as I cannot stand the bad services and the bad attitude. Will not recommend based on my experiences there... Bad service every single time!

The food is absolutely delicious. I am Colombian myself so I know what I'm talking about. The portions are generous and the delicious grilled meat you will only get in a Latino restaurant such as this one. Leños y Carbon is COLOMBIAN though. Not Spanish.

When I reached the restaurant I had high expectations about the place because my friend have had been once long time ago, and she told me it was better than other "Colombian restaurants". At first the service was great, I mean the service from the waiter one of the best. The entree was delicious "arepa con chicharron", the surprise came when my main course came to the table , I asked for "seafood casserole -cazuela de mariscos" , i was waiting for a fresh dish taste and oh surprise! when I got the plate it has just one king prawn on it and and also no taste , it was "horrible"!

service was really quick and friendly and the food was wonderful with very generous portions would definitely go there again but wouldn't order starters as the main course was ample enough .There was five of us and we ordered 5 different main courses and every one was delicious .Would also recommend the Colombian beer !!

This is just a hidden gem! I've been three times and i'm going again tonight. I like to try new places but i will always come back here.

The food is incredible the portions are wildly generous and its affordable. a main meal will be between 7-14 pounds and will often consist of two plates.. one with your meal on and one with rice, plantain and a salad.

warning: the at atmosphere might seen a bit weird at first but you'll love it. great red wine and sangria
try the special, the fiajihataas.., oh just try everything!

The service is brilliant, they have the best grilled meat in London.
The lunch time special is a must have. You get a bowl of soup and
A choice of any grilled meat served with rice and plantain.
