Not impressed in the slightest for the following reasons: ordered a takeaway expecting to be entitled to 10% discount only to be told "sorry you have an old menu"! That's interesting because the one they had advertised in the restaurant was the same one!

Secondly they prepared the wrong food and even said the one I requested was not available? Poor service, food tasted liked it was previously cooked not fresh and no gesture of goodwill for poor service. Makes you wonder why the restaurant is always empty!

I too have eaten there a few times and even ordered take away from there. It has been good and tasty. Also have had no problems afterwards which is great.

My husband and I visited this restaurant while it traded under the name of "Noor" and always had a very tasty meal there. We were delighted to rediscover it the other week under its new name of "Milad". It's not just the name that has changed - it has undergone a complete refurbishment while maintaining an authentic Persian atmosphere. Unlike so many restaurants, the chairs are so comfortable that one is in no hurry to leave. The varied menu is now printed in a beautifully presented way both in Persian and English. The bread, baked in their oven, is absolutely delicious - much better than in most other Persian restaurants. The food is extremely good and the portions are very generous.
Getting there is no problem. Lots of buses pass the door and parking is available in the side streets.
We are looking forward to our next meal at Milad.
