Brett Graham of the Ledbury is part of the team behind the Harwood Arms, but this gastropub in Fulham is a totally different kettle of fish to his upmarket Notting Hill restaurant. Here he’s joined forces with Mike Robinson of the Pot Kiln in Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the Vaux brewery. The emphasis is on wild game and foraged food that’s sourced as close to the venue as possible, mostly from Berkshire, and they take great care to ensure the menu is staunchly organic. Their efforts have paid off, as they hold the honour of being the only pub in London to receive a Michelin star.
