Ramusake

This is no ordinary restaurant, this is a new concept club and members’ restaurant hot on the heals of hugely successful Japanese restaurant Kurobuta.. and this is no ordinary team of restaurateurs at the helm, this is former Nobu Head Chef Scott Hallsworth is branching out further, this time with nightclub kings Piers Adam and David Phelps (of Mahiki and Bodo's Schloss fame). At Ramusake they believe they have created an exceptional menu of Japanese dishes, a "sexy, fun and laid-back vibe" and delicious Japanese-inspired cocktails using sake and premium rum.

Food-wise, you're talking dishes like Beef Fillet Tataki with Onion Ponzu, Garlic Crisps and Kombu Roasted Chilean Seabass with Spicy Shiso Ponzu. Of course these are served tapas-style (anything else is old school!) with crafted drinks in chic surroundings.

Membership at this spangly new club is £250 pa (correct as at October 2014).
