I think I've walked out of a restaurant once before I did when I visited Cafe Naz.
I've never been to a place where the waiters are so rude and have absolutely no clue about what they are serving when it came out 1hr20 after we ordered. The food was cold and had clearly been sat out for a while. We refused to eat it, paid for what we had already had and tried to leave but were stopped be a fork wielding waiter ordering us to sit down. Shocking.
