I have been living in Ealing for nearly one year now and have not been able to find a decent Chinese restaurant until now! the service was okay but the food was good, it's a nice place to eat, definitely coming back regularly! :)

Horrible food, horrible restaurant and HORRIBLE SERVICE. This hell-hole of a restaurant ruined the small relaxing time I have at the end of a long day at work. They gave me COLD disgusting, oily and BURNT food. When I called up to complain, they simply said 'IM SORRY IM SORRY' and then said I could have a 20 percent discount when ALL the food was grotesque and inedible. Anyone who is trying to avoid a night of terror and stress AVOID THIS RESTAURANT IMMEDIATELY.

We ordered over £20.00 worth of dinner which included duck, rice, wontons and ribs. The quality was horrible and inedible. I had to throw the entire meal out. I called to inform them that the food had arrived cold and I was told "I'm sorry". Even the rice was stone cold. I do not have a microwave and tried to rescue what I could in the oven but this did not work. I then called back and asked to have the meal replaced (to give a second try in case it was a bad night) and I was initially told they would replace the meal on another night, but when I tried to so this, the restaurant re-negged and that all they could offer was a 10% discount. Outrageous esp on £20 of food that went in the bin and me still hungry!! It's unacceptable and I am in the process of complaining to health inspectors (cold food can be dangerous) and to trading standards. I would not recommend to anyone.
