As an Italian living in London I am always looking to find a good Italian restaurant. So I gave Sale e pepe a try. This place is just a tourist trap, food is average and the manager is extremely irritating. Singing loud and shouting out loud is all what he does. I have never seen something like that, not even in the cheapest pizzeria and surely never in Italy. If you do not know anything about good food and have never been to Italy and think that Italians are all crazy and want to take you for a ride than this is the place for you. If you like good food and a nice atmosphere, well, the go somewhere else !
