never been to garfunkels before so thought we would try, what a big mistake. we arrived it looks nice, a woman sat us down quickly. i ordered a prawn cocktail to start which cost £5.95 way to expensive i got about 5 prawns loads of lettuce could of made it better myself. for mains my partner got ribs i got mixed grill another mistake because the ribs were disgustingly over cooked too grisly and a small portion for the price he had to send them back and get a cheeseburger which was dry as was the whole mixed grill for £16.95 you would expect more, the atmosphere wasnt good either the waiters didnt know what they were going half the time although they were plesant. dessert was ok. i wouldnt recommend to anyone. To expensive and not very appetising. |

I have been eating here since 2003 among other places when I work in London. Most of the staff up to early 2008 have been there since 2003 and are a really great bunch of people and come from all parts of the world. Its like my second home. I usually have the same table and can read the evening standard and relax there for as long as i like. I get good service, good food and a there is a really friendly atmosphere. Top marks to managers, cooks and floor staff. |
