Lovely food fish was great and sauce love it but the alloco plantain was not great need to be fry more ; the service a bit poor too noisy overall good place to eat fish .

Highly recommend - great place to eat and lovely service. Menu is also available on their website so... very easy to order. The best African restaurant for both lunch and dinner. ;)

I finally visited the great 805!!Yeyyyy, went there with my Hubby and I wasn't disappointed. What an amazing African restaurant.

They were very generous with the food potion and the waiter was so kind as to pack the remaining food for me as take away.

Very lovely atmosphere and nice Western and African music. In short I love 805!!!

I would suggest that the staff attend a Hospitality and customer service training. The quality of food is very good but the service is woefully poor. If a group order meals,the dishes should be delivered at sametime so the group enjoy their meals together. My experience at this restaurant when we went to celebrate my birthday left my husband waiting for simple dish of couscous for over 2hrs after pounded yam and rice eaters had finished even delivered at 20 mins intervals. Send your staff to Italian, Chinese and Indian restauarants to learn how waiters are assigned to tables &quality service.

poor service for group bookings!

This is not the place to go to if you want to enjoy a good restaurant service in a large group. I had pre booked the evening for my birthday and had to wait 40 minutes for another group to leave and for them to clear the tables. The management were horrifically unprofessional; unapologetic for their inconvenience & not being proactive to resolve the matter. I experienced the owner of the restaurant having a hysterical moment and actually implying that we should be grateful for being in his restaurant. On a positive note, the food was mainly nice although some had finished eating when other's food was arriving!

Clean with mouth watering dishes. I will recommend it to any of my friends and family.

I used to go there with my husband years ago and the food,atmosphere,and service was always excellent.We visited again recently and the service,food,and atmosphere is even better.Keep up the good work.We love the 'monica'. Thanks.

i visited this restaurant last summer and the service was excellent i was shown to my seat n waited on hand and foot in addition to this the waitresses were beautiful and very respectful, the best dish was monica and all i can say is complements to the cheff.

very bad service, pounded yam came then soup came 5 minutes later! drinks ordered 20 minutes before the food came, did not come until we reminded the waiter. One of us was even given ground rice instead of pounded yam! we refused to give service charge and were told we were not welcome back at the restaurant!!!!

This place was highly recommended amongst my peers and when I finally visited, I was not dissappointed. The service was very professional and food was absolutely delicious. There was a great family atmosphere there too and the prices reasonable (compared to other ethnic restaurants)....will definately visit again.

805 promotes a warm reception and conducive atmosphere for having a decent lunch or dinner in London bearing in mind the restriction imposed on them by lack of space whenever they have a "full house". On the whole i will recommend the place for both African and Non-African seeking a mouth watering african cuisine in London.
