I took my wife to Sabir tandoori about a week ago and we loved the food , customer service was great and very friendly. They made us feel very comfortable and made sure we had eveything we needed. The food was lovely and being a new customer would go back everyday. lovely place to go for a meal.

DO NOT EAT IN THIS RESTAURANT!!!! - sorry to say but this is probably the worst place anyone could eat in at this moment in time. me my dad and mum was having a meal in here about 3 weeks ago the food came out really nice. we only live round the corner and eat in this restaurant a lot as we do enjoy the food. but this night as my dad was eating his meal a big piece of parcelling/plate was in the curry he was eating. my dad bit down on this not realising it was in his mouth he it broke his Veneers and the bone above his teeth on the left part of his mouth. He was in terrible pain. The next day he went to the dentist he told my dad that to have this repaired it would cost £3000, we were going on holiday the in 4 days. Syed the owner of the restaurant and who cooked that night did not even apologise! my dad got something temporary from the dentist to keep the teeth in tact for out holiday. While on holiday the tooth started to play up. after two weeks away we had to come home. from the pain we were scheduled to be away for 3 weeks. My dads appointment to have the teeth done is fast approaching. we have found the money but this happened in HIS restaurant and he should be paying for this. He is taking no responsibility for this and we have been left to pick up the pieces. we have been to a solicitor and they are seeing what they can do. but for now we are trying to warn people not to eat in there because if anything does happen this will be is reaction. Thank you for taking time to read this.

Sometimes the food is "okay", but they seem to have trouble keeping the same chef as the standard of food is so eratic. It can be seriously over salted to the point that is all you can taste. Also, one time, say, a Jalfraze can be just nicely hot and spicy and then the next time it will blow your head off! Get a decent consistent chef and maybe that would do the trick.

PERFECT!
Just got home from a valentines day meal, I can't think of anything that wasn't ideal. Service was perfect, everything was comfortable, food was really very good quality, wasn't kept waiting long, lots of space, not cramped up to other tables, very friendly staff, Also got a small box of chocolates along with the minty warm towels, and as we left my partner was given a rose! Outstanding, 10 Stars and very well recommended.

Sabir is an extremely warm and friendly restaurant where everyone is made to feel special. The menu is varied but I would definitely recommend his lobster Balti - delicious. Give them a try!!!!!
