The staff are outstanding here, Pen one of the staff here in 2007 was so accommodating she texted my husband a love song "Hate, how much I love you". Wow what amazing customer care for a staff member at least 20 years his junior to think to do this.

Obviously he so loved the service, he texted her back "with love" and he kept going back for more. His taste buds were so tantalised he put Pen on his Facebook so late at night they could review the menu together.

As his phone suddenly stopped working, and he had to work late a lot, including all night at weekends and going away for a lot of overnight conferences. His appetite whetted by the restaurant, he became hooked on the specials.

Beyond the call of duty she virtually (internet) took hin to the cleaners
(the one near Morrisons opposite), amazing service this year too.
